Hiring is broken. Not because employers don't care.
It's broken because the information you need to make a great decision arrives too late, too fragmented, or not at all. We're fixing the information, not replacing the judgement.
Why we built this
Verified Profyle came out of a recruitment desk, not a boardroom.
We spent years working with employers and candidates across the UK, and every week brought the same problem: a real vacancy, a stack of applications, many of them polished by AI, and no reliable way to tell which candidate is worth the interview. Great candidates were drowning in a sea of identical-sounding CVs.
The information existed. It was just scattered across inboxes, phone calls, and references that arrived too late to make a difference.
So we built the thing that should have existed. A candidate builds one rich, verified profile, properly, once, for free. An employer invites them, sees the person behind the paper, and makes their own decision with actual information in front of them.
That's it. That's the whole idea.
What we believe
Consent is the product, not the paperwork
Most platforms treat consent as a compliance tick. For us it's the mechanism. No Profyle moves to an employer without an active, specific, recorded yes from the candidate. That constraint shapes everything we build.
Candidates are not the inventory
Candidates never pay, are never listed in a searchable database, and are never the thing being sold. The person who did the work owns the record of it.
The machine informs, the human decides
Automated hiring is drawing legal and ethical fire, and rightly so. Verified Profyle scores, orders, and surfaces. It does not screen out, reject, or decide. A person does that, and a person is accountable for it.
